This is a short version of the full Employee & Customer Experience Diagnostic that I provide when you start your Customer eXperience Strategy, however this mini-version will give you some insight of where you are now, what you are doing brilliantly and where you could improve.
There are 5 simple questions for each component, which will take you about 2 minutes each therefore put aside 10 minutes to do this.
